Modern Mediterranean Villa

The project centres on a bright, open living space revealed as you step into the double-height foyer. Interior and exterior areas were arranged to keep the sea in view, whether cooking inside or on the outdoor dining terrace.

The main floor combines a dining area, a warm lounge with herringbone flooring, a covered terrace connected to the pool and garden, plus a guest suite and bathroom. Upstairs, four bedroom suites—including a master with walk-in closet—offer comfort and panoramic views.

The villa incorporates underfloor heating, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a Poliform kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, an integrated sound system, a pool, garage parking, and a security system with CCTV and remote access.
