ES FORTI

Set in a privileged coastal setting with direct access to the sea, this project was conceived to ensure complete privacy within a generous Mediterranean landscape. The layout brings together a main residence and two independent guest houses, creating a harmonious balance between shared spaces and individual autonomy.

The design incorporates an elegant bar area, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a pool, complemented by a series of terraces that encourage outdoor living throughout the year. One of the standout elements is the private tennis court, an uncommon feature in a frontline position. The development also includes a large garage with capacity for several vehicles and additional exterior parking.

The existing structures were planned with flexibility in mind, allowing for future expansion and adaptation according to evolving needs. Within walking distance of a vibrant waterfront scene, the project achieves a blend of seclusion, direct sea connection, and proximity to everyday amenities, reflecting our approach to creating high-quality coastal living spaces.
