VILLA ULLASTRE

Set in a privileged coastal environment with wide views of the open sea and Dragonera, this project brings together two independent buildings planned to work as a unified residential ensemble.

The first, known as the “Nanny House,” is accessed from the main drive and was designed across two levels, integrating a service-focused kitchen, wine cellar, generous living areas, and an upper floor with a second lounge, a large terrace, and a collection of bedrooms and bathrooms that provide autonomy and comfort.

A Mediterranean garden links this building to the main residence, where the pool becomes the focal point of the outdoor layout. Inside the main house, the design includes two bright living spaces—one adjoining the kitchen with direct access to a dining terrace, and another opening onto the pool terrace to capture uninterrupted sea views. The upper floor brings together the main suite and additional en-suite bedrooms, all oriented toward the sea and garden.

On the lower level, the project incorporates a fitness room and a self-contained guest apartment with its own living area and kitchen. Throughout the property, high-quality materials and contemporary technology were integrated to ensure long-term comfort. The garden connecting both buildings was carefully shaped to support outdoor living, featuring dedicated areas for cooking, gathering, and relaxation, as well as a pool, terraces, and a landscaped natural setting.
