MODERN MEDITERRENEAN DESIGN

This project was conceived to open fully toward sweeping sea views, which become present the moment you step into the main living level. The entire floor is arranged as an open space where the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas extend naturally onto a covered terrace, a chill-out zone, and a long pool. The master suite—with its walk-in closet and bathroom—shares this outlook, along with an additional bedroom suite on the same level.

The floor below is designed for guests, offering three comfortable suites with direct access to a south-facing terrace and uninterrupted views. This level also includes a snug room and the laundry.

At the base of the villa, the project incorporates a spacious garage, lift access to all floors, and flexible space for future use, alongside the technical rooms.
